 Nice, modern, but stool is NOT well built. July 25, 2010

The vanity was easy to assemble, however be careful when tightening the screws when attaching the legs to the stool. While tightening, I felt the would give way and there are actual cracks in the support beams under the stool which hold the leg in position. The seat was fine at first, I sit in it with no problem still, however once a heavier person sat in the seat, it actually became very loose from the same supports. I tried tightening it again and at this point I don't use the seat, however the vanity itself is nice and I like that I can hold my jewelry in one place. The mirror is handy and there is a drawer for hiding nicer jewelry you don't want to leave laying around. Overall, the vanity LOOKS great but I wouldn't recommend it for someone who plans on sitting on the seat daily to get dressed, for example. I don't see it holding up. BUT, you do get what you pay for and I think this buy is great for the money.

I really love this vanity set. It works perfectly in my room and it's very chic. My only comment is that it was a bit more complicated than presented to assemble... but in the end, it worked out well!

I'm sooooo happy with this vanity set !!! The description was spot on . The finish is a beautiful dark brown , it arrived with no visible damage . It was super easy to assemble ( thank goodness ) and it fits perfectly in my small bedroom . The bench that come with this set is sturdy and fits right under the vanity not taking up any extra floor space . I searched quite a few sites trying to find something affordable and Amazon definitely came through !!!

I purchased this vanity table as a gift for my girlfriend. It was extremely easy to assemble and she really loves it. The finish is a dark, rich brown and the bench is soft and plush (much more sturdy than I thought it would be). I also mounted to lights on the posts the mirror is fastened to. They were little lamps that clamp in place from IKEA and were less than $10 each. If you are tired of makeup and other clutter all over your sink in the bathroom like I was this vanity is a win-win. You'll have a non-cluttered sink and be king because of the great gift.

I ordered this vanity for my room and when i started to put it together the piece that holds the bench together was broken and also two of the posts were missing. The worst part was that i tried to contact someone and no one responded so i emailed again. I finally got a response that sounded very automated and didnt help me at all .I will never buy from this website again!
